Guide on Finding Court Records and Transcripts

Message from Yolanda Koscielski, Librarian for Criminology, Psychology & Philosophy at W.A.C. Bennett Library, Simon Fraser University:

Dear Colleagues,

I've recently created a guide on Finding Court Records and Transcripts (link: http://www.lib.sfu.ca/help/research-assistance/subject/criminology/legal-information/courtrecords).

This guide is designed to help SFU researchers looking for court records such as trial transcripts, affidavits, exhibits, and other documents associated with a case but *other than the main case law/judgment*. This is a research question I frequently receive.

I'm hoping the guide might be of use to others as well, including the public. Accordingly, if you have any have any suggestions for additional content, or notice a point that needs correcting (!), I'd be grateful to hear it. You can email me directly: http://www.lib.sfu.ca/users/yolanda-koscielski
