This 1 hour webinar is an opportunity for you to learn about what you can access on WestlawNext Canada at CLBC. You will learn that LawSource and CriminalSource are excellent resources for locating Cases, Legislation and the latest texts on criminal law, including Canadian Criminal Procedure and Criminal Pleadings & Practice in Canada. You will also learn how to use the CED and the Canadian Abridgment Digests. This session will demonstrate functionality useful for general research, as well as touch upon the additional criminal law resources available. Be sure to bring your questions! This webinar is worth up to 1 hour of CPD credit with the Law Society of BC.
