Kirk Tousaw is a barrister and advocate based on Vancouver Island, British Columbia. His practice, Tousaw Law Corporation, focuses on cannabis-related issues including criminal defense, regulatory compliance and Charter-based strategic litigation.
Kirk is a founding Board member of the Sensible BC Society, serves on the Board of Directors of NORML Canada and previously served on the Board of the BC Civil Liberties Association. These non-profits groups work tirelessly on critical law reform issues. Kirk is a father of four, husband of one and volunteers regularly coaching youth sports in his local community.

Place: The Law Courts Inn, Inside the Law Courts Building. 800 Smithe Street, 4th Floor, Vancouver.
Enter off of Nelson Street, climb the large set of concrete stairs, and walk to the end of the building.
If using the upper terrace entrance, the Law Courts Inn is located left of the emergency exit doors.
Cost: $45 VALL members. $50 non-members. Additional $2 fee for paying online only.
Times: Registration @ 11:45. Session start @ 12:00pm. Session to conclude by 1:15pm.
