Dear Colleagues,
I’ve recently created a guide on Finding Court Records and Transcripts (link: http://www.lib.sfu.ca/help/research-assistance/subject/criminology/legal-information/courtrecords).
This guide is designed to help SFU researchers looking for court records such as trial transcripts, affidavits, exhibits, and other documents associated with a case but *other than the main case law/judgment*. This is a research question I frequently receive.
