VALL Mix and Mingle Mixer
The Vancouver Association of Law Libraries (VALL) Executive Committee invites you to an informal gathering after work over beverages and light fare on Thursday March 14th from 4:30-7:30 PM at Mahony’s Tavern (Convention Centre, #36-1055 Canada Pl) . This is a great opportunity for new VALL members and students to become better acquainted with the VALL community and seek informal mentorship. There will be an opportunity to participate in fun icebreaker activities that spark conversations and encourage participants to learn something new about their fellow information professionals.
This event is open to VALL members and current iSchool students enrolled in graduate programs or library and information technology programs. We hope to see many new and familiar faces at this event!
VALL is pleased to provide a selection of light fare for this event. Please note attendees will be responsible for covering their expenses for drinks and meals purchased. Please drink responsibly and ensure that you have a safe plan for getting home.
